She can do it angtime she wants

Try to separate them and add sticky notes and make it as organised as possible so that the HO caseworker doesnt make a mistake these are not the smartest creatures on earth!

The HO does not have the right to retain you EEA RC you will be able to get it back after you fill up the online application form to return your documents !

To make it simple send 5 P60s!

I suggest you send them now to complete your application as this will help prove that you are actually a couple !
Choose pictures with different ocasions in different ppaces on different dates and try to write the date and place in the back of each picture !

The best option would be to stick to the appeal! That way you can make sure the judge will do you justice, on the other hand, if you cancel your appeal The HO will be in a power position where they can refuse your new application so you will have to appeal anyway and it will take more time to get a ...
