Life in UK Test

Hi All,

My husband passed life in UK test in 2014. Can that test result be used for ILR application this year?

Thanks

Re: ILR application date

If HO presses ahead with the £38700 hopefully not, will the requirement apply to ILR application as well?

ILR application date

Hi,

My husband was issued entry clearance in Sep 2019 Family route (spouse)
He entered UK on 12th Oct 2019.
Renewal July 2022
Visa valid until 25/01/2025

Am I right in thinking we can apply for SET(M) from 14th Sep 2024?

Thanks

They did, all of the details they filled are correct except for minor mistake on date when we started the relationship. Solicitor goes they will explain this on cover letter

Re: Time lived in UK

Thank you

The application has been filled in by the Solicitor using their email ID so I cannot retrieve the application my self.

They did say that they will be uploading them in time and they did help us the last time as well

Re: Time lived in the UK for previously failed FLR(M)?

Hi, We were in the same boat but I was told to write the dates since the last grant of entry clearance and not the very first time.

Provide the chronology in a cover letter

Re: Extending While Traveling

Hi, on our initial application my partner submitted biometrics abroad, he was asked to attend biometrics moreover the requirement is to apply from within UK and prove that you lived together for 2 years

Re: Time lived in UK

Hi One more question. How likely are UKVI refuse visa for extention based on suitability after EC? The reason I ask is my husband did not have a good history prior to returning on EC? We have filled in info accurately on the current application and explained his history briefly on a cover letter Tha...

Re: FLR(M) questions

After your answer on my other post, looks like the details on our application are correct except for one minor detail for which I am hoping a cover letter would suffice

Re: Time lived in UK

When it comes to 'when did you come to UK?' should it be the new EC or when he first came in 2007

FLR(M) questions

Hi, we are in the process of applying for FLR(M) extension and we believe our solicitor submitted incorrect details on the application. Is there was to correct this without withdrawing the application? The visa is due to expire next week and the solicitor is now out of country and the office cannot ...

Re: Time lived in UK

Hi Long story short My husband previous had a flaky immigration history and he had to leave the country and came back on Entry clearance which was granted after appeal. We now satisfy all the conditions of extension but unsure on how to answer trivial question such as how long you lived together etc...

Time lived in UK

Hi, How should I answer time lived in UK on FLR(M) application.

My husband left in 2018 and returned on entry clearance in 2019 after his previous visa is cancelled. Should we state the time since entry clearance or prior( he first arrived in 2007)

Thanks

Extension due in june

Hi, my husband’s visa is due for renewal in June and I understand we can apply in last 28 days. However his case was not straight forward as his EC was denied on 320(11) and we won on appeal. In terms of extension we meet all the criteria so far and touch wood we would continue to do so. However do ...

Re: BRP incorrect valid from and expiry date

I have reported it as mentioned in my first post. my question is whether I can travel?Info on gov.uk is very vague as usual and the UKVI customer service number is useless. I have reported on thursday and expected reply is in 20 working days.
