interview is nothing to do with immigration, this is just interview to make sure identity is say who you are. even people who born here dont have a child passport have to go through the same interview. nothing to worry

they will ask question like past addresses your direct debit etc noting much,

I think HO is really try to close this 10 year ilr to students. i dont think you will get another student visa even if you apply as a cap. I dont know about flr (fp) etc so can't advice on it. hope some one help you.

their is no way to check how many hours some one worked with the NI or TAX they paid, HMRC don't have that info. only thing they can do is call up the company and ask for payslip etc.

This is just to make sure you are economically active in UK.

Thanks Vinny and terriblescream I had a quick read of the document vinny posted , so visitors visa then I will get all the documents and post it before I apply, I wont go for a solicitor for this,

For settlement I will as it's will be 3k now but when I apple it will be 5k :-)
