I have requested to return my Passport for the test purpose. If I already have a application with home office and I apply to new one with premium service I will get a reply in 10 day instead of same day is that right?

10 year LR. He has applied for the extension meantime he is eligible for ILR. How can he switch the application as the FLRM application is still with Home office. He has booked a premium service appointment but don’t have his passport with him

Application switch

Hi all, I am on FLR M visa at the moment which runs out a month before I am eligible for ILR. I have applied for an extension of FLR M, meantime I am eligible for my ILR. How can I apply/switch for ILR as all my documents are with home office. TIA

Question for users having submitted application after 23 Nov I.e. Using the new system;
Were all original documents including applicants passport returned on the day of the appointment?
Did you sign/ self attest all the documents before uploading onto the website?

In this instance what are my other options?
How do I bridge the gap of about 15 days?
IMO the last Tier 2 visa issued is a bit odd to start in Sept but end in August. Why give a visa for 2 year 11 months rather than a round figure of three years.

My query is regarding ILR by legally being in UK for 10 years, I arrived in the UK on 17-09-2005, visa valid from 13-09- 2005. my current Tier 2 general issued on 6-09-2012 expires on 5-08-2015.
