Dear All, I would appreciate your insight and suggestions on the matter. I submitted by application for a residence card as a direct family member of an EEA national on 01 March 2016. The Home Office approved my application on 07 September 2016 and my documents were returned on 10 September 2016 wit...

Re: Timeline for EEA(FM) Applications made in 2016

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone of you have received a marriage questionnaire or an invitation for marriage interview or an unannounced visit from immigration officers to your home regarding your EEA residence card application?

Re: Timeline for EEA(FM) Applications made in 2016

Hi, Anyone has received COA? I have not received mine yet. I am getting nervous since the Employer is demanding for COA, they were not able to get a positive nor negative answer from ECS and been told to wait until I received the COA and get back again to ECS for another inquiry. I applied EFM with...

Re: Civil Claim agianst Home Office

I was on student visa and then on PSW. My PSW was valid when went to register our marriage. Immigration Enforcemnet officers who stopped us from getting married curtailed my leave to remain. At present I dont have any visa. My appeal is in the First-tier tribunal. And that is my immigration history.

I am not able to find that information in the EC handbook published in Sep 2014. Do you happen to know where that piece of information is located if it is there at al...
