Re: Urgent query Claimed child benefit for child who is about to apply ILR

@mehfuz

I recently filed ILR for my wife and child. The form did list type of benefits but 'child benefit' was not on the list. the form did not ask any categorical question that 'any applicant claimed benefits'. please check again.

please do note, you'll have to pay some of these back to hmrc on your tax return what your husband will get between april to march as you are earning over £60k. but he will get full qualifying year for pension. you'll have to register for self assessment if you don't send it already.

Re: ILR Set (M) two questions

There was 5 days priority service fee offered to me when i filed for my wife's and daughter's visa. I believe it was £500 each, however I didn't buy it. Also refer to this post, they also managed to get priority service.

1- Yes. That's a requirement 2- Yes. Tenancy Agreement or mortgage statement 3- Yes. that'll prove cohabitation. 4- I believe providing cohabitation documents prove that. Also your partner will have to sign a declaration when you'll complete. That should be sufficient to show the relationship to be ...

Re: FLR(M) 5 Years

She is applying for extension of FLR(M).

and she'll apply for ILR after 2.5 years. her current visa is from 27-07-2021 to 27-01-2024. if they apply now and get the visa in a week's time, they'll get another 2.5 years. So they will be short of lets say 20 days in five years.

Was your ILR application based on Long Residency or were you on your employer's sponsored work visa and you applied ILR on that basis?
