In which case, you need to follow this up with your legal representative.
What information has your legal advisor been asked to provide :?: Have they done so :?:
Home Office did not ask for any information, they only said that they cannot process it within the timeline.

So your daughter was married when she switched from a student visa to a FLR(M) visa application? If so, there does appear to be an error by the Home Office Case Worker, es she got married in May 2023 and she has got UK marriage certificate, she switched from student visa to spouse visa, her husband...

Re: Section 3C and AR

I don't think the CAS application is an immigration application from the viewpoint of the Immigration Rules and hence it will not impact any immigration status, either positively or negatively. But wait for others to advise. I am not sure of this. As he would have become an overstayer (see above), ...

Re: Naturalisation Process Severe Delays

Do not send PAP, do not ask your MP, no one can help you, no solicitor can help you.
The only way is to correct the alias names, otherwise you wait 10 years with no decision.

It depends on several factors you have not mentioned.

Speak to the provider of the new course and they will explain whether it is possible.
It is HO rules, there is unconditional offer to study the new course, the question is can s/he apply in the UK to extend the visa?
