My mother applied for 5 years visit VISA on 1st March, biometrics was done from Islamabad on 7th March.

We received "visa application has been issued" email on 19 March 2022.

No, there's nothing in spam. At what time (PST) did you get the issued email? Just trying to work out if it was early morning or late.

Check your spam email folder, the visa issued email is delivered in my junk folder and I noticed it by coincidence yesterday.

That was a standard application. My father had visited UK once in 2018, this is now 2nd application.

My father applied on 8th Feb and biometrics was submitted on 14th Feb (from Islamabad). The VISA issued email from UKVI is received on 22nd Feb. So 2 weeks time after application submission.

It seems like UKVI is processing visit VISA applications faster now.
