Postal Order

I went to the post office to purchase postal order and was asked to pay by cash. So be wary and take some cash with you.

All the best!

P60 and Employer's Letter

Thanks SSCOT. That means my total income earned and tax paid on P60 must be the same as the employer's salary breakdown. That is great. I can get that done. I am considering applying end of June 09/early July 09. My current leave to remain expires in March but I am finding it difficult to secure per...

P60 and Employer's Letter

Hi there, I am planning to apply for my extension early in June 09 using the financial year to apply for my extension. I will be 9 months ahead of my actual extension but I am finding it difficult to secure good roles because of the limited months left in my visa. I am presenting P60 and employer's ...

P60

When are you applying for an extension? How is P60 perceived? When I applied, I did send my P60 eventhough it didn't correspond with the claiming period. My Tier 1 application was approved in Jan 08. I sent payslips and bank statement as my proof of income.

Good luck.

Calm...

Don't panic....I don't think that is true. It is not stated anywhere that you should pursue what you studied. Britain promotes transfereable skills in workforce hence it should not be an issue. Perhaps someone else like to comment on this.

PG Diploma

Hi everyone, I am wondering...I thought PG Diploma is not classified as Masters as it still has a step more to go before being awarded a masters. If that is the case, how come some are saying on this forum that they are receiving 35 points and it is equivalent to Masters according to UKBA website? C...

Hi there

As far as I understood from reading one of the threads before, you FLR gets extended from you current leave end date as it is the same category. Please double check as I know some of members in here have had similar experience.

Thanks.

my 2 cents

I was just wondering, what will happen if you reapply stating that it was a human error in your part in the first application to not include the motoring conviction. I am sure the case worker will consider.

Any second opinion on this approach?

Yes

Yes,

Attach your bank statements from 7th June to 6th Sept as maintainence fund evidence. That should be enough if the balance never went below £800 at any given time.

Hope that helps.

Bank Statement

Hi everyone,

I have a slight doubt, those who got their tier 1 approval perhaps could clarify; do you need to have the word 'salary' stated on your bank statement for your wage or just company name is sufficient?

Please let me know.

Thanks.

Kind regards.
