That's not right. There are many IT companies undertaking third party projects and employing their own staffs to execute it. That's not body shopping or illegal. Chances of rejection

Hi,

As per the current rules and practices of HO, what are the chances of rejection on a tier 4 application with CAS offered university course with enough maintenance funds ? Is there any further hope if its get rejected ? My 10 year route ILR due within 2 year's time.
