Re: EEA2 Application Timelines - ONLY 1 TOPIC - UpToDate

I think if you keep clicking during the appointment booking and select your application type, you would see the charge is only 65 in the end. That is what we did early last month at least....... Thanks lyztge! If this time they mess up again, I'll use this service. Plus, how close you would be able...

Has anyone requested passports/documents back recently?
I was wondering how long they are taking to send documents back (if more or less than the promised 10 working days)

Thanks!

Re: EEA2 Application Timelines - ONLY 1 TOPIC - UpToDate

Well, just as I expected, it turns out they have not received our change of address 2 and a half months ago as we informed them via post instead of using the online form and only about 2 weeks ago we found out that we should have done it online. So they sent the package initially to our former addr...

Re: EEA2 Application Timelines - ONLY 1 TOPIC - UpToDate

Has anyone traveled within EU with just their spouse, their RC and their marriage certificate? Does the non-EU family member need any other visa, for Greece in particular, if anyone knows? Thanks RC issued in the UK should be fine for Germany and Holland, according to the information I read on the ...

Re: EEA2 Application Timelines - ONLY 1 TOPIC - UpToDate

In EEA(QP) form , there is a link to book an appointment. here is information I found "You must pay the following fees per person when you book your appointment: £400 application fee which includes the £100 booking fee the fee for your visa type" I seems by this premium service EEA QP might need to...

Re: EEA2 Application Timelines - ONLY 1 TOPIC - UpToDate

I guess this drove me crazy, I can't sleep well. I random search out your post. I can't believe this is going to happen to me again. I don't know how to inform them to take second payment. Just wanted to ask you how's your second application? Does it go well? Would it perhaps help for you to book a...

Re: EEA2 Application Timelines - ONLY 1 TOPIC - UpToDate

yeah, I think sending two applications is too much for them to handle, if you know what I mean. Doing the premium service is not a bad idea, although when I tried to look it up a few months back, it didn't indicate it was free for EEA nationals but I guess it's only £65 according to others who trie...

Re: EEA2 Application Timelines - ONLY 1 TOPIC - UpToDate

Hi mileman, premium centres mean the same day service . Like you go there and get the visa same day . But in this case the EEA person can got and get the registration card the same day but NON EEA cannot go and apply in premium service and get the decision in these particular cases . That's my unde...

Re: EEA2 Application Timelines - ONLY 1 TOPIC - UpToDate

Hi again Alex & everyone, I just spoke with my partner regarding his chat with the HO last week thought I'd update you. Re: EEA2 Application Timelines - ONLY 1 TOPIC - UpToDate

We rang back twice after reading @lyztge's message, once my wife and once me and spoke to different people each time. One told her it would take 21 calendar days from the biometrics date, this works out as 15 working days. When I called back straight away and asked the same question they said to me...
