I have received a notice of pending appeal My solicitor is sayimg to wait till court gives u date then send evidences for a settlement visa appeal I sent appeal in beginningg of July and my solicitor says you only send evidences after u have been given a court date... Then the eco check evidences is...

I would advise u to tell sponsor to use solicitor maybe 400 500 pounds but at least ur sure it's double checked...
As if u miss something then u cn be waiting a big while...this is something I regret..so I don't wnt fr u

They probably not updated the website but if ur sponsor with u ...I don't see why u cnt take all documents and try submitting together...if he's abroad then in u.k. then thts simple too

I think it the period for which you submitting pay slips for work done from first January till 6 January but I would advice you to check with solicitor.. . Bro I say youget in touch with immigration immediately and asky how you can send those documents or give them that evidence make scans of it I reckon just in case lost in postbut look if they reject you because of this youwill maybe have toappeal if they give u appeal rights that's 6 months wait.......
