Do you know what document they are asking for?. They are asking for proof that whoever the sponsor is (your sister?) has lived in the UK continously for whatever the period you are relying for your child. If that's 5 years or more, then he'll get Settled, if less, then Pre-Settled. What is not clea...

Congratulations on those who have had success with their family permit. Please gurus in the house I will like to ask if this is normal I submitted my application and got my passport back after 16 working days. Hello Tushka,

I believe UKVI has alot of applications they are working on.
I.submitted mine April 9th, received application not straightforward April 29th
I haven't heard anything till date.
I think you just have to be patient with them and hope to hear a positive response soon.
