Hi there! I wonder what is the current waiting time for the different stages of naturalization. My husband sent an application at the end of December last year, got an aknowledgment letter in mid-January and since then silence. I would add that it has not committed any crime, except for one speeding...

So how is now? if you got visa refusal in past and now u hold passport in VWP, do you still need apply for a visa to eneter US (just holidays), or u can go thru Esta?
Anybody have some experience?

I found that too, and made copy from the old one but the solicitor told me no need for that so I did not included to my aplication. But for me it was just expired, not name change because of marriage 8) I made copy of the old one too, just incase. And will put my maternity benefit and illness benef...

@ ulishak .Go and give it to the nearest citizenship information officer, in your area they can help you to fill it very well. Actually form is already filled. Just wondering do I need to put my sick leave payments from social (that was about 2-3 times- some flu and fractured elbow) on tu this form...

I have two kids too, I just put my child benefit papers for address prof, but otherwise no. You need only your present one. Im Eu national also, when I went to the solicitor I asked the same question as mine expired also after 2 years when I arrived here. She said no need for the old one.
