Guys, I am planning to apply for Tier 1 as soon as the recommended changes are in. I am wondering if the processing times are influenced by how busy the place of application(embassy/consulate) is? Would it be probably faster if I apply in Copenhagen than in Chennai due to the relatively lesser ...

I read in parasolIT.com that they charge only 20£ or so per week for this service. Is that all that I have to lose to work under an umbrella company?

And is this route fully legal?
