how i can appeal and on which basis..

home office refuse my case on the basis of one year durable relationship after marriage..can you tell me on which basis i can lodge an appeal..either on humna rights or any other. i am in this country for the last 6 years and paying NI and taxes. we have to file the appeal within 14 days..good sugge...

They forward my case to eurpeon case work officer to make his decision.

Hi..i got a letter from liverpool on 4th september..my solicitor replied them for our attendance but 22nd september he got another letter from home office that your client was failed to confirmed his attendance for interview, so therefore we are giving him a new date..my solicitor once again confirm...

Acknowledgemnt 15 April . No coa yet ..payment made through p.o.. got questionaire 18 august ..send back 24th ...still no news..what is ur recent report.

I applied EEA(FM) of unmarried partner in march 2015..got my acknowledgement and again EEA(FM) married in second week of april ..also got acknowledgent..we submitted all orignal..pay slips..marriage certificate...tenancy etc etc...upon sibmission of second application we withdrawed first application...

Last week i received the questionaire ..soni filled it and send back to home office. Still no news of coa but solicitor said we have in good position to get RC soon.

Dear i applied in april 2015..still i have not receive my coa yet..just got acknowledgement..nor either bio matrics..i will advice you to not travel untill unless you receive your coa.

Actually my student visa was about to expire in first week of april and my marriage date was after that. Thats why i put first eea(fm) of unmarried partner first..as i told when i married..i send another application along with my marriage certificate and other proofs...now further news till today..n...
