Re: FLR(FP) and Discretionary Leave to Remain timelines

Visa expired November 2015, EU refusal was January. We started with the new lawyers in Jan, they messed us around, started with these new ones in March, granted they took their damn time too, but at least application is in etc. So he is working with out the right to work. This could be a problem ...

Re: FLR(FP) and Discretionary Leave to Remain timelines

Yes, your previous posts indicate you applied under the EU rules, which is not relevant to you. I hope he is not working if he has no legal status. He does work as he was working before his Visa ended, and then was also granted the right to work during the EU app we did, and at the end of that my ...

Hi everyone, I was wondering if someone here can help. I am an EU citizen, my husband is American. We have sent in his application in early October and he has sent in his Biometrics already. We are waiting on the COA. Some family matters have come up in the US and he needs to go back but when I was ...

Re: EEA2 Application Timelines - ONLY 1 TOPIC - UpToDate

Hello all!! A little update of my case. Last week we decided to write an email to nweurocoarequests@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk to request a new COA based on the grounds that we are legally married and have all the documents to support it. I attached scanned copies of all the documents. We wrote the ...

Re: EEA2 Application Timelines - ONLY 1 TOPIC - UpToDate

Did you send original documents? The other only reason I know for not getting a CoA with right to work when applying as a married family member is because the applicant provided copies, not originals. This is what happened to LaliVallejo, who I think was going to withdraw the application and apply ...

I am British born, British passport holding UK citizen, lived here all my ...
