How much risk: if she applies for her dependant husband visa at this point.
As mention on above post, at the moment she is waiting for new education providers approval from UKBA.
Some people said it might take 5-6 month.

You will need:
Remain course fee for the 1st year: 4300+
Maintains for your self for two month: 400x2=800
Maintains for dependants for two month: 400x2x2=1600
Total: =4300+800+1600
