You need to wait to hear back from ho. You don't get informed every step of the way and applications can take up to 6 months, sometimes longer. There are currently delays. You applied only recently! Have you registered your child as British on form MN1 yet and received approval and the certificate?? My wife has completed lawfully 10 years. And I have ILR granted September 2018. She has granted 30 months visa Sep 2018.
She intended to apply for ILR. Why form does she need to filled?

The actual BRP card expires in the same way as a bank card would need to be renewed. The expiry date is due to the new software which is due to be introduced in 2024.

Dear all I have a good news to give you. I have received my BRP today. HO has issued ILR for me and 30 months visa for my spouse. Thanks everyone for your support. In my BRP there is a valid until time 6 years 3 months! I am not sure what's that meaning? Can anyone please with your valuable comments...

Just waiting, HO has not appeal against court decision. In that case they usually give 30 months discreationery leave. I will post the updates
