don't worry about your caution was in 2007. You are safe if you declare. even can't remember the date you can mention place and type caution to avoid 10 years band. Your time will start since you granted leave and its 2007, so you will safe if you apply after the month of 2017. Thanks for your views and i'm agree with you. Any refugee can travel own county if your parents in medical condition or death. I knew some of them who's application granted after come back. its huge.
