Here is my time line: Application sent: Fr 09/06/06 Payment Exempt Confirmation and ref number received by email: Tue 13/06/06 Urgent treatment form sent Tue 27/06/06 Approval given and docs sent back: Thr 29/06/06 In country applicant over 28. I have just spoken to my lawyer about this and he told me to wait another year. he also mentioned that it is impossible to change the rules back.

I am a bit as I cannot see a clear rute of overrulling it. We have no representation, we are not united, there is no poilitical will to change this in making the immigrats life "easier" etc.

Our case in contrast to the current immigration scandal

All,

I believe that we should write to the press (i.e. Channel 4 News) putting the current immigration scandal with the convicted foreigners in contrast to tougher immigration rules for law obedient people like HSMP and WP.

What do you think?
