Dear all,
I have a degree taught in uk and i got my ilr last year.
now my questions is:
should i tick on degree taught in uk

or
I met the knowledge of language and life requirement to qualify for settlement on or after 28th October 2013

Tip- Do it yourself when it comes to HMRC or at least observe the process. I got my ILR already and had same issues. Ac who is qualified and recognised by HO did send amendments but he was slow and did not chase it up. Simple fact is no matter how good ac is they won't care about your case as much a...

Tough one. I would think it should have have an advserse impact on your case. However; since it is called 'warning letter" seniors should be able to advice you better.

Find the money for the difference between "DECLARED" - "ACTUAL NET PROFIT" and pay it.
I know business have expenses that you sometimes can not account for but HO might see this big ddiference. Rest is upto you...just a simple advice.
