Re: Valid leave in the UK versus ECS checks

Thank you CR001 for your expert response.

My concern is:

if she doesn't have valid leave currently, why does she still continue to pay monthly tax through PAYE?

Re: ILR REFUSED/ JR / NOW HOME OFFICE RECONSIDERING

If the HO wants to put fairness and not double standard into this, they should apply the condition to the people that have revived ILR (with tax errors) right from the commencement of ILR - even if it happened 30 years ago. Without this, then there is double standard being applied. There should be f...

Reconsideration may result in a stronger refusal in many cases or will obtain ILR in few cases.
You don't need to be negative in your response to others. There is always room for optimism.

Re: HO allows new application after deception

Again, another hypothetical question and guessing game on why HO does certain things. A person could have an established private life, British children, lived here for a long time for example. HO gives them the opportunity to apply if they meet any other category, within or outside the rules. Just ...

Re: HO allows new application after deception

Hi Guys,
I really want a sincere answer if anyone can help.
My understanding is this:
if HO says someone has deception which probably means that the person is not fit to settle in the UK, why would they ask such a person to proceed for a new application within 14 days.
Many thanks

Re: HO allows new application after deception

I never mentioned "valid" application in my question.
I actually want to understand the rationale for asking people with deception to apply for new application.
