thanks I've got the letter. hmrc said they will take it from april 2016 by adjusting my tax code. however my concern is how would it affect my ILR application.... would there be a problem ??

Thank you very much for ur reply. My understanding is this is a very common situation with hmrc and the underpayment is due but not over due yet. And PAYE tax are paid by the employer therefore underpayment or overpayment is not really my fault. So do I have to submit the letter with my application ...

sorry to bother you sir, As she already paid NHS surcharge £500 when she applied for her Tier-2 dependent visa to come to UK in May 2015. Does she have to pay for Healthcare surcharge of £500 again as she is applying for ILR's dependent FLR M.......would not gonna adjust anything from previous payme...
