Re: ILR super-priority didn't take my documents or passport

Hi,

Did you have the option to upload mandatory documents?

I've submitted my application today, but there is no option to upload any mandatory documents in the document. Only the optional documents. Not sure what should I do in this case?

Thanks,
Biraj

Set(LR) applying before 28 days qualification period

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me clear my confusion regarding qualifying date to make an application for ILR. I understand that you are able to apply 28 days prior to the full 10 years of entering in the country, but does this 28 days apply on the day you submit your application online o...

Have you thought to ask your sponsor to make enquiries?

There is either something wrong with the actual BRP or there is something wrong with your sponsorship etc.
Thank you for the reply Cr001. I will get my employer to enquire. Thanks.

Re: Time for BRP Re-Delivery

Today I received another email saying that my BRP has been cancelled due to management instruction. The case worker will contact me shortly.

I don't understand what is going on.

Any help would be appreciated please.

Time for BRP Re-Delivery

Hi Immigration Experts, Wondering if you could help me with an issue. My BRP was returned to HO from DX for some reason. After 10 days, I filled out BRP not received form and someone from BRP delivery got back to me asking me to confirm my Delivery address for redelivery. I have provided my delivery...

Re: BRP card returned back by DX to home office

Kind Regards,

BRP card returned back by DX to home office

Hi, I received my approval letter for Tier-2 visa 8 days ago, and still waiting to receive my BRP card. I contacted DX today and they said that the item has been returned to sender at their request. I put the delivery address of my work place, and I have been in the work every day since I received t...

Re: Length of bank statement for inviting parents for attending Graduation

Irrelevant is perhaps the wrong word. Less important is better. They need to provide substantial evidence of the circumstances in their home country to convince the ECO that they are genuine visitors. HO likely want to know where their money comes from and if sudden large deposits, they must be tra...

Re: Length of bank statement for inviting parents for attending Graduation

Your paperwork is far less relevant that what your parents are required to submit. They must submit evidence of their strong ties to their home country. Family ties, social ties, financial circumstances such as proof of income/payslips, banks statements, property documents etc etc. Thanks for your ...

Thank You Wahpk. I've got high amount of debit/going out from my account. However, I've not gone below a certain amount of money. Would that make a difference?

Re: Tier2-further enquiries needed

I am in the same boat. Need input from someone who had the same experience. Did you do the premium application as well and did they put your application down for further enquiries? I thought that the whole point of premium application is to get decisions on the same day. What is the point of it if ...

Tier2-further enquiries needed

Hi experts, I had applied for the tier2 General visa following a refusal for the same category. I chose to use premium service, however I have now been told that my case requires further enquiries and my application has been passed on to the enquiries team. I had previously applied for tier 2 but it...

Cancellation of COS after refusal

Hi, Could someone please advise if the CoS will be cancelled automatically after the refusal of Visa, or does my employer need to cancel themselves? Re: Tier 2 (General) - Change of Employment

I am in the similar situation. Can someone please help. I have been offered a new COS with the SOC of NQF 6, as my previous SOC was NQF 4. But in order to do that, my employer changed my job title in the company too, so I now have a new COS with new job title that is listed as NQF 6 and an increased...

Re: Tier2 Online Application- No immigration history section

I have already made a payment. But this question was nowhere to be seen. I also checked my previous application and this question wasn't there. I have applied in Tier-2 general less than 3 years and the charge for premium application was 1051, so I assume I have applied in the right category. On the...
