I had a similar refusal in that 2 part time jobs had different job titles but both had lasted longer than 12 months.

I have applied for AR and i am still awaiting an answer.

initial visa was granted in September 2014, so we had to apply under the new rules

I created 2 separate jobs...
Job 2 (support assistant)
and
Job 3 (customer service)

then combined them where it said

If this job is being combined with another job to make equivalent of 1 full time job, indicate which job

It would be my advice that you seek proper legal advice from a qualified immigration lawyer regards this.. the reason i say this is because i have read on a HO guidance pack that goodwill is not considered a form of investment. Please get clarification for yourself regards this first.
