Hi All,

I'm in the same boat, my ILR is due in June, i'm on DL to remain on article 8 basis (2nd stage - 2x3).

Can i apply via fast track window service or premium service?
Do i need both Life in the UK and B1?


Any help on this would be much appreciated.

KERRI, i think you are in the same boat as me as mine took almost 6 months for the 2nd DLR. Mine is due in June and i would be applying in May 28 days when it is due!
