Re: EEA notional married to British citizen

Thank you, I booked an appointment with them for tomorrow.

Just one more query:

When applying for a PR I evidenced 5 years with all sort of letters... Do I need to send the letters again; or do I need to evidence only time after receiving a PR card?

Regards
Dawid

Re: Employee plus Self Employed?

Take the practical approach: You are an employee first and foremost so fill in the sections as such. As you are with employer a long time ask them for a letter (reference type) showing employed from-to and current position (saves messing about with P60 or wage slips). On Page 22 explain you also do...

How do I include all that information on the application; question 1.46; 1.47; 1.48? Can additional page be used? I’d appreciate your ...

EEA notional married to British citizen

Hi,

-I received a PR card last week.
-I'm an EEA national.
-I've been married to a British citizen for last 2 years.

Can I apply for a citizenship now? or will I need to wait another 12 months?

I'd appreciate your assistance.

No, I don't have a case yet. I'll apply for a PR, before applying for a citizenship then, and advise you g...

As I’ve been working in the same place f...
