Hi,I want to apply for ILR on 10 years basis.
my current visa status is Tier 1 general expiry may 2016.
shall I be asked by home office about my accounts/tax for the time when i was in tier 1 general visa.

Q.2 . can I apply 28 days before 10 years on premium service.
