Luchies90, definitely when you have been 5 years in the UK, i.e. March 2017 is when you would have attained permanent resident. 100% sure that if you apply before you have been 5 years in the UK you will get rejected. Do not go by your marriage date, if you were overseas at the time. I have no idea ...

The Home Office advises he obtains a "EEA Family Permit" from the British Embassy in Madrid, which is free and should only take a few days to obtain while they dont achieve a decisio...
