Were your combined earnings £22,000 before allowable business expenses were deducted, or after. In other words, what figure has HMRC used to calculate tax due?

£22,000 was taxable figure, on which i paid tax.

I think you just put N/A in these fields and for contact number, give you UK number.

Also I have a question for you. Do you need to provide dependancy proof for visa? Or do you provide them at the time of EU1 application?
