I've spoken to my lawyer who said the Eco have made an error. To appeal via him would cost me £500 initial stage and £1000 if it goes further. Thanks. Its been 11 days now and no reply from VFS Mumbai South after the delhi high commission emailed us to say they have dispatched it to them. We can't even track it. Any advice? send your application? A decision had been made on the 10th and we were told we'd get it in the next few days but havent recieved anything or heard anything. We're worried as we've contacted the delhi high commision and no response!
