@Kaddet Hey Cullian, thank you for all your help and morale boosts. I've been an avid reader of this thread for a while now. I have a quick query. I remember you emailed the HO for an update on your application. Can I please ask what address(es) you sent your email to? There are quite a few going a...

Re: SET LR - Applied online early

Hi everyone, I came in the UK 10/01/2010, maturity for LR 12/12/2019. I submitted online application 14/11/2019, paid £3208. Also I filled up online form and said I stayed in this country for 9 years 11 month as I was thinking I will go for in person appointment on 16/12/2019. Now I downloaded my o...

Re: SET LR - Applied online 3 weeks too early

Thank you for the response!! Unfortunately I don’t think the page can be manually edited. It’s all done online and has feed into their system. The document checklist even ask not to bother to bring the application form. I think the only possible luck I have is I made 39 travels but the limit of tra...

Re: SET LR - Applied online 3 weeks too early

Which means Kaddet clearly made an application before the qualifying period. “You can grant an application if it is considered 28 days or less before the applicant completes the required qualifying period, provided they meet all the other rules for long residence.” Caseworker guidance for LR. Hi, just wanted to let you know I found the exact paragraph you were referring to. It asks for 28 days to be used from either my application or determination - whichever is better for the applicant. Thank you!

Yes you applied too early. https://www.timeanddate.com/date/dateadded.html?d1=10&m1=09&y1=2019&type=sub&ay=&am=&aw=&ad=28&rec= Date of application is the date you submit and pay online and NOT the date of your UKCVAS appointment, which is irrelevant and could even be after your visa expires.
