Also, i applied on the basis of being separated with my spouse not divorced. Would they issue a letter so i can apply for the stamp myself or would their still b...

Meanwhile i am still waiting for the eu treaty to send my some sort of temporary extension so i can travel. But is it not like this that when you apply through a solicitor than the...

Citizenship in progress and referee used has died

Hi i have a very similar question as this thread so i decided not to open a new topic and instead post the question here. I applied for citizenship few months ago and one of the references have died. Re: PR Application Review Decision ( Help)

If the minister has provided enough evidence to prove your marriage was a sham than i dont think you are getting anything out of it. And when you say that you applied for a permanent residence card on the basis of yourself than its simply not right as you are a non eu divorcee who is no longer a fam...

Re: Eu treaty right retained unit

What do you mean when you say that she was doing deliveries? Was she self employed? Was this the reason behind the revocation of your visa? Generally the minister provides enough evidence to prove a sham marriage. To the best of my knowledge after revoking the stamp they delay the case as long they ...

Re: Naturalisation refused after 3 years application

Were you granted refugee status as a protection? (Unsafe to travel)
Some refugees are allowed to travel (temporarily) on special circumstances. What was the purpose of your travel and your refuge status?

Re: chenchooliah V Minister For Justice - Important Judgement On Rights Of EU Citizen Spouses.

The scheme is for undocumented. Deportation orders, marriage of convenience cases. Review cases. People waiting for ages for an answer etc etc. Are all these people also classified as undocumented? Someone with an adverse immigration history, e.g: documents found to be forged, proven sham marriage. ...

Re: Irish Passport Revoke marriage of convenience

They are threatening. You do not have an Eufam so how can it be revoked? May i ask you what are those marriage of convenience allegations from the minister? (They are not always right) They will notify the citizenship division who will then decide your current circumstances. I dought so!!!! Do you h...

Re: Irish Passport Revoke marriage of convenience

How can the minister cancel his passport and deport him back to his country of origin leaving his wife and son behind? I understand that the ...

Re: Irish Passport Revoke marriage of convenience

Re: Irish Passport Revoke marriage of convenience

The DoJ sent him a letter that your first wife was not residing in Ireland while you were still married therefore any tax letters and payslips submitted then were forged. They provided proofs of all fake documents that he submitted then. He hired a solicitor to convince the minister that it's not th...

I am not an expert and not sure what advice to give you but a close friend of mine had a very similar situation. Passport revoked after the allegations of a contracted marriage. Re: Irish Passport Revoke marriage of convenience

Hi there, Why should Eu citizens be responsible for the marriage of convience? We don't need any visa etc to work in Ireland, only if you are a threat to the state, you can be banned from the entrance or deported (murderers, criminals etc, the marriage of convenience would never make anyone who got...

Re: Irish Passport Revoke marriage of convenience

Ok we know that the passport service has the power to revoke the passport if naturalisation application is revoked by the minister. What happens after the revocation? Do they cancel the passport ? Or just simply impose a fine or prison sentence? Why do only the non-Eu has to face a penalty? Eu citiz...
