Hello CR001, Many thanks for your quick reply. My husband got ILR on 5 year route. Regarding eligibility for ILR it only states that the spouses need to be living together for 5 years and the spouse's current visa should be Tier 2 General Dependant. Can you please provide a link where it details out...

Hello All, I am in a fix and would like to have an expert opinion and guidance on my situation please. I came to the UK on Tier 2 Dependant visa in January 2014 after marrying my husband who was on Tier 2 General at that time. Due to changes in circumstances I switched to Tier 2 General in May 2016....

Thanks poper it helped. One more question. My friend currently is not on a tier 2 general shortage occupation. However a few shortage occupation roles suit his profile. If he gets a tier 2 sponsorship for a shortage occupation, will he be able to get one after 6 years of tier 2 on Non shortage occup...

My employer has let me know this morning that my status still shows Under Review on their system. They might be contacting the authorities by phone today to find out further about it. Not sure but it might be cos of the weekend that the process is getting delayed.

Yea the forum has been keeping quiet without affecting the number of restricted Cos applicants. Lets see, not many days left for the decision to come for this month's allocation.

Yes I think landerchan is right. Apart from some minor changes there are no major changes. And I hope that the application cut off remains the same as the previous months :-)

Hi All

There seems no activity on December allocations for Restricted Cos. Does that mean less applications? Any guesses on minimum points this month? Guess the decision is due on the 11th. Fingers crossed. .
