Hi,

After marriage: Council tax bill & tenancy agreement on both names, mobile bills, bank statements, electoral confirmations and dvla of both of us on same address.

Hi

But we got married in Nov16 so why did they say 2yrs?
Secondly can you tell me what do they need or expect me to bring?
A part from interview do they want anything else? Phone calls records/msgs or anything else?

So i guess it can then be used in Cat B too using the above formula showing that you have earned 18.6k in a year from both salaried and non salaried jobs and you are earning 18.6 from current salaried job.

I included the employent offer letter which shows hourly rate ss the hourly rate wasnt mentioned on payslip or on employer lettet. I had a worst experience as we waited nearly 4 hours and then they said that its taking time so we will let you know. To be honest i have the seen the staff at liverpool...

I have an appointment in few hrs. Employer said letter is fine.
I dont think it is as it should show my hourly rate and should say 'see attached' next to approx gross annual salary.

Can someone please help?

Sorry he only write my gross annual salary based on last 6 months salaries (divided by 6 and multiply by12).
He didnt write see attached for calculation.
He also didnt write my hourly rate.

Any help will be much appreciated!

No they said there is an underpayment by employer not by employee. Employers hasnt paid correct paye.

Thanks. I have checked with HMRC and they said employer has paid taxes but there were some underpayments. Will that effect my application for spouse visa?

First of all it depends if you are on salaried or non salaries employment. If non salaried then double pay can be counted in if salaried then they will take least monthly pay in the 6 month.

Tax for Spouse Visa

Hi All,

Can HO refuse visa if employer dont pay the full tax(PAYE)?
The taxes have been deducted from salaries but i have heard if the employer has not paid to hmrc then HO can refuse it. Is this right?
