By the grace of allah swt I have received my approval today finally..it took more than around 4 months and 17 days.. My application was bit complicated because I was on section 3c for the 2 and half year.. My journey finally complete.. Dated approval letter 29 November and ceremony on 12 December.....

Points are always given by court. The only difference is that you didn't go to the court and contested your case. In that case, it would be a completely different matter and 3 year rule will apply. I called related police department they said the fine was given by police not court thats normal procedure which is seems was given by court
