hello, i have a query about my friend who received his temperary eufam stamp4 residence letter to go to local garda station to register, but when he went to local garda station after three weeks with spouse, the garda officer said that they have not received his letter from INIS etc so we will ring ...

First it was saying that your visa application sent to embassy of Ireland and now after 4 or 5 month it says now sent to embassy of Ireland new delhi and date is same when i applied the application..... that's strange....
