Without judging, but looking at this from a moral point of view....you would be using someone else's money to pay for your BC application. :| Well I have somewhat similar situation, I have been working till Feb 2016, but was fired due to home office letter to my employer, telling them my EEA2 visa h...

I have seen Home Office have started January application for EEA2 and have seen one EEA4 application sorted of 15 December.
Considering December holidays, I hope around 8/10 of January we will see replies on January applications.

Re: EEA (PR) Non EU , January 2016 Applicants ?

I have asked MP for the return of my passport, but got really worried after informing my solicitor about it. Re: EEA4 fast processing times or wishful thinking

I was thinking they might have to publish data on their website for the year end, for which they are getting slow. As there is no data on processing EEA or EN application after 2014.Also it depends on case workers and few might be ahead of others including giving their processing data to compile. Wh...

Re: EEA4 fast processing times or wishful thinking

I might be talking to myself here, that's kind of effects you get after your EEA application, but HO was really slow this week. If they are sleeping God wake them up, if they awake, God may work them fast and if they are working fast, may they work faster and if they are working faster then we are d...

Right now November candidates are getting their PR cards. Last I checked, people who applied on 9th, 10th and 11th November got their PR cards. For about last 15 days, they have considerably slowed down. Anybody knows anyone who sent application after 11th November and got result of their applicati...

Hi nel974 You are right. I am thinking somewhere in mid June something should come up. I hate this idea of them keeping all the docs and the passport for so long. They should just verify and send them back. This just doesn't sounds right well can't do much buddy just keep us updated and i will do t...

Applied on 29/01/2016
Received on 1/02/2016
Bio on 26/02/2016
Bio submitted on 29/02/2016
COA received on 05/03/2016

I believe people from Nov are still waiting, let alone December. Although, I believe there will be fewer application in December due to year end and Christmas.

Re: PASSPORT WITHDRAWAL WHILST KEEPING APPLICATION ACTIVE

In so far as the Home Office sees you as an overstayer, it is either because your student visa has expired (possibly some computer's view) or, and there may be some argument over terminology here, because the Home Office does not believe your wife is exercising her treaty rights. The latter would b...

Re: PASSPORT WITHDRAWAL WHILST KEEPING APPLICATION ACTIVE

RC = Residence Card PRC = Permanent Residence Card I speculate that there has been an automatic check of your passport against records of immigration under the Immigration Rules, and you have simply been flagged up as an overstayer. Of course, if your PR application is refused, you may yet qualify ...

Re: PASSPORT WITHDRAWAL WHILST KEEPING APPLICATION ACTIVE

Mine did not arrive but received a letter saying I have no permission to stay and I am liable to removal. Such a letter may precede the arrival of a RC, though I haven't noticed one precede a PRC. The bit about having to wait for a decision I have not heard of; perhaps they have improved the threat...

Hopefully it means there will be 30% faster processing time.
