Yeah, you need to get surrender certificate first and then only able to apply for OCI for your child. Book appointment for surrender certificate, fill application for surrender certificate and once you receive it, follow similar process for OCI application. https://www.hcilondon.gov.in/page ...
Not needed, they'll just take the original birth certificate along with other originals, etc. You'd have to upload a scanned copy online and also submit a photocopy of the full UK birth certificate.
