Applied as spouse of EU citizen and My decision due date was 21st April, Temporary Stamp expired 21st May and still no decision :cry: I am so depressed

I came to Ireland as an Asylum seeker, I gave them my immigration history, including that in the UK.

Hi, we got there around 7:30am and were only seen around 4:30pm.

My wife moved to Dublin from the UK, I was an asylum seeker and withdrew my asylum application so we could log an application under the EU Treaty Rights.

Also waiting for a reply from them. Submitted my application on 20th October 2015 and was told on this forum to expect a response mid January. I have faith it will come before then though. When did you submit your application?

The way things are going at present, you will need to wait until towards the end of January, before an acknowledgement will arrive. You wife could request her documents for travelling..
