Re: South African - any chance to get into the UK

If she has strong ties with her country then can apply visitor visa which might succeed because of her small business. Doing own business means she don't need any special care like bathing, feeding, medication etc which usually need to prove for getting adult relative dependant which is very hard to...

Thanks for your response. So that means because I paid IHS for NHS. We are entitled to apply for the maternity exemption certificate or not because she is pregnant ? I think yes when your midwife, doctor or health visitor confirms pregnancy. See here its procedure: https://www.nhsbsa.nhs.uk/exempti...

Re: SPOUSE VISA PAKISTAN PROCESS - PLEASE HELP

Thank you. The reason I am sick with worry is because I understand that the financial evidence must be 28 days prior to the date of application (2nd April), but my payslip is dated after the date of application even though my bank statement shows that I was paid on 2nd April. I suppose all I can do...

Re: BRP extension - No sponsorship

I do not necessarily believe that I am exempt or entitled. I work for the NHS and I assumed that when I had applied before, it was one of the benefits I had. And therefore I dodn't need to pay it. I am employed by NHS Trusts. In old golden days, paying IHS wasn't part of any immigration related app...

Re: Separation during spousal visa process

If it seems impossible of reconciling both of your differences then you should notify to HO who will curtail her visa. But there is no timeline as when will they do that but usually they are pretty quick over this matter but you won't be notified except her only.
