i believe that due to lack of staff and so many back logs they need more time hence they came up with this scam. I attended on 10th April and they said the same thing. How can Home Office can't resolve IT issue from 28th March? This is intentionally done.

I think we still need to choose work permit because if we specify UK/EU citizen employer/Agent might believe that we dont need visa to work in EU which is not correct. When it comes to the job status ILR is still similar to work permit.
