I’m employed through agency and they pay me my wages so I need employment letter from them.

Do I also need letter from the company I work for?

Waiting time after Appeal is accepted

Hi, HO has withdrawn the appeal on 20th of December 2016 and got the letter from tribunal on 17th of January 2017 that the appeal has been withdrawn by the repondant. Does anyone know the average waiting time between the appeal withdrawn by the HO and issuing BRP?

yes by appealing the appeal goes by the review stage and the entry clearance manager can change his decision within up to 15 weeks and contact you to submit your passport . I was told that ECM review only applies to people who apply from outside the UK. you should get directions how to appeal with ...
