Yes we are thinking of getting the MP involved. Lets see what happens then.
I don't remember on top of my head but for 10 years i think we attached the Passport, old biometric, Life in UK test cert, degree cert and couple of other docs. Sorry I dont remember all of them as it was while ago.

Thanks CR001. She is not travelling anytime soon. We should be submitting form next week, so hopefully all ok.
