ok git it her visa is for 27 months but we did not applied before july 2012, it is way behind we got it in nov 2013

also to add I have been hearing by word of mouth that those granted after july 2012 as spouse visa were able to apply for ILR on 2 year route but could not find any proper evidence if there was any basis on those application. also few were granted for 27 months spouse visa and few with 33 months spo...
