It would depend on the date on your approval letter I think. Best would be to call Home Office and talk to them

Cool man. Your case is moving pretty fast then! I am still waiting for the letter. I keep checking my bank account every 10 minutes but there is no deduction yet.

Never thought I would be so happy to see £750 going away from my account!

Hi

You meant to say that you got the cofnirmation letter in October right?

I applied on 1st October. Not sure how long does it take for the confirmation letter to arrive.

Does the HO send an email along with confirmation letter?

Ok Ok, attack was too strong of a word, but you were miffed and that was clear, my only point is that it didn't make sense so he said perhaps a bit exasperated how did you come up with your cousin giving you settled status as it was indeed out of left field. Lol..no worries. Lets kill that thing no...

Re: Child's legal status after my HSMP

What I am aiming to find out here is if there could be certain other conditions which when put together might put an individual under this "settled" category and hence give the child a BC? If you still haven't got your answer or still not convinced then I would suggest that you contact a immigratio...

Re: Child's legal status after my HSMP

Well to me your post did sound rude and hence my reply. As for your view on this matter I would like to say that you are missing the point altogether. Yes I agree with you on what you are saying but if you were to please try and take a broader perspective of things for once you might probably see wh...
