Seriously, though, I did not expect that the Uni would ask EU citizen students to go through QP certification. Do they typically?

do EU students who go to UK to study typically fill out form EEA(QP) (Qualified Person)? Seems like a lot of process.

The scenario: - person from USA applied for a Tier 4 visa and was approved - person got the 30 day entry sticker in passport - BUT what if person then suddenly receives new EU citizenship/passport BEFORE entering the UK? I believe person should: - enter UK under EU passport - inform sponsor BUT ...
