Difference between Employment agency and Employment Business

Hi,

I have heard that the employment agency (recruitment agency) and an employment business are two separate domains. I never knew there was a difference in both of them. Can anybody please explain the difference in simple words?

Basically, I have to live 5 years in the UK to get ILR and it says I cant spend more than 450 days out of the UK in these 5 years. I don't think anybody would sponsor you.. things are changed now.. If you don't have any special affiliation with the UK, try for Canada or Australia.
