Re: Form AN - which reference numbers to include? (EEA)

Thanks a lot! Makes sense.

What I meant by payslip is the payment form that you have to submit so that the fee payment can be taken.

Form AN - which reference numbers to include? (EEA)

Hi, I'm filling our AN forms for a joint application as we just received our EEA DCPRs after 6 months of waiting. 1. Which Home Office reference numbers should I put in field 1.1? I have a WRS ref number (A8/...) as I'm an A8 national and an EEA PR case id. Do these count as valid reference number t...

Re: Application for PR or PR card: form EEA (PR) - UpToDate

Turns out the 6 months starts from when the payment is taken. Called the Home Office today they took my details then promised a call back in 5 working days. They called back few hours later to tell me that nothing was sent out yet, the case is in progress and the 6 months is just an approximate pro...

Re: MN1 (registration) application processing timelines (onl

Got lots of PMs about the additional evidence needed: it was just because I'm self-employed. In case you're wondering what took so long: I got a reply first asking for additional evidence hence the delay. Final update! Thanks all! Re: EEA (A8) MN1 settled father (but no PR card)

Thanks all!

Received our registration certificate on 23/06/2016.

I wasn't in and the passport delivery requires signature but scheduled redelivery with dxdelivery (the company the Home Office uses) for Monday.

Thanks again!

Re: EEA (A8) MN1 settled father (but no PR card)

Re: EEA (A8) MN1 settled father (but no PR card)

Thanks, that's really useful!

I ended up sending what I have and asking for a later deadline for the documents I'm waiting for from the HMRC. Will post here what they came back with. (I guess it'll take a few more weeks at least)

Re: EEA (A8) MN1 settled father (but no PR card)

evidence of self employment I sent (and NCS said those are the only neccessary documents): P60s and self-assesment return online printouts what they want now: * original SA302s (ordered from HMRC, takes two weeks) * original employment history from HMRC (ordered from HMRC, takes two weeks) * origina...

Re: EEA (A8) MN1 settled father (but no PR card)

Got a letter today but not the kind I wanted. The Home Office requires more evidence of self employment (even though we applied via NCS). I can provide everything they want except for my SA302s from HMRC. HMRC unreachable, their website errors when I try to download them. I managed to request them v...

Re: EEA PR form sections for qualifying person and wife

Just realised that the first point under question 1 might be confusing. What I mean is that we skipped the biometrics section as it's only required if a non-EEA family member is applying which is not true in our case.

Re: EEA(PR) - Sections 11 & 12

We're also applying (me and my wife) and yes, you need section 11 for her (at least that's my understanding). I'd also send Section 12 for the baby. We're not planning to fill Section 2. I guess you'd only need that if the sponsor is not applying (this was more common previously when EEA PR wasn't n...

EEA PR form sections for qualifying person and wife

Hi, First of all thanks for all the existing topics and answers! This forum is amazing. My wife and me want to get a document certifying permanent residence for both of us using the EEA PR form (or more like parts of it). We (both EEA A8 nationals) moved to the UK on 03/10/2010. I started working 11...

Re: EEA (A8) MN1 settled father (but no PR card)

In the end I could not recover my WRS certificate but got an official letter by post from the Home Offie confirming it. (I wrote an email to workerregistration.scheme@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk to get that) We submitted our MN1 via the Barnet Nationality Checking Service (NCS) today. The lady taking care...
